Orders usually ship within 2-3 days. We try to get orders out as soon as possible. Most orders
ship the same day (if submitted before 9am (CST) on our regular shipping days).
Otherwise, your order will not ship out until the next shipping day. If there is a
delay in shipping your order, you will be notified via email. Please be sure to check your email
within 72 hours of placing your order to ensure that your order was received and all the
information is valid. (If there is a problem with your order you will be notified otherwise your
order will ship out as scheduled). Items with free shipping do not always have tracking numbers available. Small items such as Knee Pillows or No Slip Oval Pads usually ship via US Priority mail. And do not always have a tracking number available. If your productis elligable for a tracking number you will receive an email with the tracking information. US Postal Service1st Class and Priority packages usually take 4-6 days. For customers on the West coast or in more rual areasplease allow an additional 2 days. Mattress sets are shipped via freight lines. You should receive a PRO number along with the information on how to trackyour freight via email or phone call (your choice). Please note that someone from our online sales department will personallymonitor your freight status until it arrives at your door. Tracking on international packages is only available for US Postal Service Express Mail. You will receive an email with details on tracking your package as soon as it is ready to be shipped. |
