How do I return a product?
We do NOT refund; however, we will exchange your product (for a replacement) if and only if there is a defect/damage to the product due to shipping error or manufacturer defect. Returns MUST be pre-authorized. To obtain a return authorization number please call (812) 422-5761 and ask to speak with someone about your internet order. You will need to have your order number, first & last name, & product information (including damaged/defect info) ready. You must call our showroom (Online Returns Department) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any package returned to us without contacting us first (to get an RA#) will be refused and returned to you. WE WILL REFUSE ANY BOXES THAT DO NOT HAVE THE RA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX!!
