For International Customers: We ship worldwide! Some of our most popular international customers are as far away as Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia, China, Germany, France, and much more. International packages are limited to US Postal Service 1st Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. Please note that International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, and/or taxes that would be due on the package. These fees are calculated by your country's customs department when the package arrives at your country's border. We are sorry but they cannot be estimated or calculated in advance.
Returns ...Mattress Warranty: When it comes to bedding there are many restrictions and regulations regarding returns. While most of our mattresses do come with a warranty, our warranty is for repairing structural defects. The Indiana Board of Health restrictions prohibit us from exchanging or allowing returns. However we can repair your mattress.
All Other Products... We offer a 30 day exchange warranty on defective products.
Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning a product to obtain a Return Authorization ID number. Packages returned without the RA number marked on the outside of the package will be refused. We ship out hundreds of packages every week. With all those people we cannot guess who you are so be sure to contact us for a RA number and to include your personal contact information with the package so we can send replacement to the correct person.

GUARANTEE: 30 Day Exchange Warranty on Defective Products. You must contact us BEFORE returning your product to obtain a Return Authorization number. Your RA number MUST Be marked on the outside of the package to ensure proper processing. Packages returned without the RA marked on the outside will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Please also include your contact information (ie. Name, address, phone number, email address) as well as your item number on a sheet of paper and include it with the product. We process hundreds of orders every week so the more information you provide us the easier and quicker it is to figure out who you are and get your order corrected. If we get a package in the mail and it had no RA number and contact info we have no clue who you are (we aren’t mind readers so please take the extra minute or two it takes to include the info). We do want to work as quickly as possible to correct any problems you might have. If you have any questions or concerns about your product please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Once we receive the returned product, if it is tested and found to be defective we will send a replacement. If a replacement is not available you will be given the opportunity to choose between another item of equal or lesser value or a refund. If item returned is found not to be defective, you will be given the choice between three options: Option 1. Partial refund of your original purchase price (less 20% restock fee). Option 2. Store Credit in the amount of your original purchase price (excluding shipping) to be applied towards the purchase of another product on our website. Or Option 3. Return of your original product (additional shipping charges may be required). If the returned item has been damaged, installed, or altered in any way by the buyer prior to return we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange. (Quite simply You break it, you bought it.) If your item is damaged in shipping please contact us immediately for a replacement. Please be sure to keep the damaged product in its original packaging. The US Postal Service or UPS Claims Department will need to collect the damaged goods before processing the damage claim. If a replacement is not available you will be refunded or given the chance to substitute the order for another item of equal or lesser value. Please note that damages to a product by the buyer and not the mail carrier will be declined when the USPS or UPS Claims department inspects it. And a replacement will not be sent.
Returns from international customers will be refunded less any customs fees charged for the return package.

Items sold “AS IS” are not eligible for exchange or refunds. “AS IS” items include, but not limited to, items sold as factory seconds or scratch-n-dent. We do our best to give as much detail as possible about our products. Items sold “AS IS” will say “AS IS” in the item description page. They are generally marked down at super low prices because they are factory seconds and usually have some minor flaws, tears, or slight discoloration in the products that don’t really affect the feel of the product but may look a bit odd.
